We offer 3 training options.
‘Hybrid’ our full gym access training plan. It consists of 3 full body strength and 3 running or machine cardio training days. It works on a 12 week cycle with strength and conditioning testing pre and post.
‘Zero’ or Ring Foundation based program designed for someone who’d prefer is is restricted to exercising at home. All you need is a set of gymnastics rings and a flat surface to play.
‘Run Club’ is our running program designed to help someone progress from 0-5km, 5-10km or 10-21km.
