Salmon Poke Bowl

INGREDIENTS LIST

Creates 4 Servings

4 Small Salmon Fillets, Sliced into Cubes

Salt and pepper as needed

Light Spray of Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Minced Ginger

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Served with

1 Cup Steamed Rice

Add seasonal vegetables to your liking we did the below:

1 Sliced Fried Zucchini

1/2 Slice cucumber

1 Head steamed broccoli

 

METHOD

Step 1 - Start by making rice

Step 2 - Boil water and add chopped up Broccoli to steam

Step 3 – Preheat pan to moderate heat with olive oil. Add Salmon and pan sear for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown.

Step 4 - Add garlic and ginger, soy sauce, honey and stir until mixed

Step 5 – Add Steamed Vegetables to pan and Sautee. Allowing them to soak up extra sauce.
