Liam is very personable and understanding. He’s happy to meet you where you’re at and work towards sustainable goals. I’ve been training with Liam for 9 months and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been!
The challenge had such a positive outcome for me and my family. It got us thinking more about what we consume, making time each day for exercise, and building routines we could actually continue after the 60 days. I’ve lost weight, feel more energetic, and now walk most days when before I hardly did. The WhatsApp group kept me motivated the whole way through.
Throughout the challenge, it was the exercise that made a massive difference to my mental and physical health. It helped me understand how important consistency is. VIVR helped with that, and it’s been really rewarding to see the progress!
I’ve lost weight, have more energy, and now walk around 8km most days when before it was less than 2. I’ve built better routines, learned to snack less, and even want to train more often at the gym. The cold showers were tough in winter, but the changes to my daily habits have been massive.
The challenge motivated me to become healthier, more active and drink less. Having a sense of purpose, accountability and the constant interaction on WhatsApp was critical to keep me going. The cold showers and 10,000 steps made a massive difference!
I was struggling with knowing what to do in my training and how to optimise it for my goals. To Live 60 Days made it easy, and the style of the programs matches how I enjoy training.
I’m Liam, the founder of VIVR. I’m a Level 2 ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Sports Studies and Psychology, and I’ve played cricket at Queensland Premier level and semi-professionally in the UK.
I built To Live 60 Days to make quality health and fitness coaching affordable. Lasting change comes from combining good training, good nutrition and good daily habits, and that’s exactly what this challenge does. I cap each intake at 20 people because fewer people means I can do a better job for each of you.
Starts Monday 12 October. Every option includes everything above.
Anyone who wants to feel, move and look better and needs structure and accountability to get there. It suits beginners and experienced trainers alike.
No, it’s fully online. Your programs, tracking, community and seminars all happen online, so you can join from anywhere.
Yes. Each program meets you where you’re at. Run Club starts from 0km, and Zero can be done entirely at home.
Hybrid needs a gym membership. Zero needs gymnastics rings, a mat and a small flat space. Run Club needs a good pair of running shoes, and a watch is optional.
Training sessions take 30–45 minutes depending on your program. Add 10 minutes of mobility before bed, plus your daily steps, which fit into walks, commutes and errands.
Your daily tasks and your Hybrid or Zero program run through TrainHeroic, which includes exercise videos, progress tracking and analytics. Run Club members with a Garmin, Apple Watch or other wearable get their program through Final Surge, so sessions sync straight to their watch.
It runs from Monday 12 October to Thursday 10 December.
Missing a day is fine. Missing a week isn’t. Do what you can every day, because the goal is consistency, not perfection.
