Meet Liam

Hi, I’m Liam O’Hare, the founder of Vivr.

I noticed early in life the pivitol role fitness and nutrition played in my life, affecting my mood, energy levels and mental clarity.

Vivr was born out of my need to train, to explore, to enjoy and to live my life to the fullest (while still looking good and moving well).
