Meet Liam

Hi, I’m Liam O’Hare, the founder of Vivr.

I noticed early in life the pivitol role fitness and nutrition played in my life, affecting my mood, energy levels and mental clarity.

Vivr was born out of my need to train, to explore, to enjoy and to live my life to the fullest (while still looking good and moving well).

  • We use Train Heroic an online programming application to track our daily tasks and exercise statistics. It provides us with the best in analytics to track progress, exercise demonstration improved exercise understanding and a readiness questionaire to track your general wellness.

  • When you sign up to the challenge you’ll get several things.

    1. Access to our task tracker and the program of your choosing in Train Heroic and Final Surge.

    2. Access to our private community WhatsApp Group Chat.

    3. Our nutrition and lifestyle Ebooks. Which will teach you everything you need to know to optomise nutriion, sleep and whats important when you’re looking to live a long, mobile life.

  • We offer 3 training options.

    1. ‘To Live’ or full gym access training plan. Its runs of a 12 week cycle with strength and conditioning testing pre and post.

    2. ‘Zero’ or Ring Foundation based program designed for someone who’d prefer is is restricted to exercising at home. All you need is a set of gymnastics rings and a flat surface to play.

    3. ‘Run Club’ is our running program designed to help someone progress from 0-5km, 5-10km or 10-21km.

  • Our Nutrition ebook contains everything you’ll need to optomise your nutrition, regardless of your goal.

    You’ll get our 5 step guide to controlling your diet and 15 of our favourite recipes.
