  • This boot camp is for anyone looking to improve their fitness, build strength, and enjoy training away from the ego’s that come with normal gym life. All fitness levels are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers.

  • No stress. All sessions can be modified to suit your needs. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and will help you train safely while building strength and confidence.

  • Pricing starts from $38 per week for unlimited sessions, with no lock-in contracts. We also offer flexible options to suit your schedule and goals. Just $7.60 per session.

  • Regardless of the weather, we’ll be training. We’ve partnered with South Brisbane District Cricket Club, which gives us access to indoor facilities when needed, so rain, hail or shine, we’ve got you covered.

  • GPP Strength - This class is a circuit based class designed to help you develop the functional basics required to grow and push yourself in the gym. Through key functional movement patterns we’ll endeavor to increase your range, and develop a basic level of strength and coordination.

    Aerobic Conditioning & Core - This class is designed to help you develop a strong aerobic base and help you run further and stronger for longer.

    Move - This class is designed to help you improve your mobility and general range of motion. You will be doing exercises at a slow and controlled pace through a full range of motion. It's perfect for improving joint, tension and muscle health.

    Wingman - A full body strength and conditioning circuit done in pairs designed to get people working together as a team throughout a workout.
