OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

I approached Liam with the goal of running 10km in under 60 minutes. He promptly set me up with a program and assisted me in mapping out a path to an event. I'm pleased to report that last Saturday, I achieved that goal at the Gold Coast Running Festival!

I needed proper support and a stategy for my first half marathon. Vivr set me up with a program that allowed me to achieve bite-sized goals and build confidence without breaking the bank. The access to the apps, support and genuine interested in my sucess really helped me acheve my goal! I could recommend Run Club enough!

Through user-friendly apps, Liam arranged a combination of mobility, stretching, strength, and conditioning exercises that streamlined the entire process. I couldnt recommend vivr enough!
