INGREDIENTS

Creates 3 servings

80g Rolled Oats

2 Large Bananas

2 Tsp Baking powder

6 Eggs

200g Light Cottage Cheese

3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

200g Frozen Blueberries

250g Strawberries

Light spray of olive oil

METHOD

Step 1 - Add eggs, cottage cheese, bananas, baking powder and oats into a blender and blend until combined.

Step 2 - Add mixture to pan that has been lightly sprayed with oil, once bubbles form, flip.

Step 3 - Top with strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup or any other topping of your liking (not included in macros above).
