12 Week Run Club Strength Program

Welcome to Vivr RC Strength Training Program where we aim to help you keep your body strong for running. Over the next 12 weeks we will be training you to develop a strong durable body so you can run further and faster than ever before.

We train using a full-day split, hitting every muscle group each day, allowing us to train. Just 3 days per week for 35-45 minutes. The aim of the program is to help you stay injury-free and maintain plenty of muscle mass while you explore all running has to offer!

This program consists of 5 sections:

- A Series: Warm-up / running rehab

- B, C Series: Running strength and Upper Body Growth

- D Series: Upper Body Growth

- E Series: Mobility
