This is our 5-10km program running program, The goal of this program is to have you running 10km with ease in 12 weeks. It’s designed to make the progress seamless and smoothly guide you towards your goal.
Regardless of your fitness monitor (Phone, Apple Watch, Garmin), we’ll be able to teach you to develop your running abilities.

3 x 30 - 75 minute running sessions
Daily full body mobility
