This is our 10-21km program! The goal of this program is to have you running 21km with ease in 16 weeks. It’s designed to make the progress seamless and smoothly guide you towards your goal.

3-4 x 30 min - 2hr running sessions
Daily full body mobility
Training cycle: 12 week cycle (Pre and Post Testing)
